Trading Terms

1. Faulty Goods/Items

1.1  If any item that you have purchased through us is damaged or faulty when received by you, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe that the item is faulty, you should notify us to arrange for the return/replacement/repairment of the item(s).

1.2  Any original repairs carried out by the company carries up to a 6 month guarantee, for any full retrim work carried out by the company, this is covered up to 12 months.

1.3 Further repair work for items that have already been repaired by the company (which are still under guarantee), will carry on the remainder of the existing guarantee of the original repair work.

1.4 Our policy on faulty item does not affect your statutory legal rights. 

2. Terms of payment

2.1 All payments from private customers must be paid in full before goods are released to the customer.

2.2 Unless the payment is already previously provided, the payment should be made by the Customer no later than 30 days from the date on which the item customer receives or collects the goods/item.

2.3 If the payment is overdue after the 30 days stated, the Company reserves the right to invoice a fixed late payment charge depending on the debt owed to the company.

2.4If the payment is overdue after the 30 days stated, the company is entitled to claim up to a daily interest of 8% plus the Bank of England's current Base Rate.
